About Me

I started off as a freelance web developer. Got my first customers through friends and family. But then, I hit a plateau. I had to learn how to sell.

So, I started working with a US based startup Leadbeam. It was a commission based role. In my first week of cold calling tons of prospects I was able to conduct two sales calls. After working their sometime I moved to another company.

I joined Marketing Transformers (an australian marketing agency) as an SDR. I was selling marketing services to realtors. I was booking two appointments a day cold calling 150 realtors a day.

After that I applied those skills to my own agency (www.neurolooplab.com) and scaled that. Here's some proof:

Why Commission Only

Because alignment matters more than a monthly invoice. I'm not interested in being a vendor you pay regardless of results. I build the engine, I run it, and I only make money when it makes you money. If I'm not generating revenue, I'm not worth paying, simple as that.
