Sellique helps founders, consultants, and builders generate consistent inbound leads by transforming one video (or transcript) into platform-native content posted daily across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Instagram, etc.), with automated commenting and profile/landing page optimization. Services are typically delivered on a subscription or package basis. Details of specific plans, pricing, and deliverables are provided during signup or on our Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
   You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

   
   

3. User Content and Intellectual Property
   Your Content: By submitting videos, transcripts, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, transcribe, adapt, repurpose, distribute, and publish it across platforms as part of the Services. You retain ownership of your original content.
   Our Content: All other content on the Site, including generated posts (where we add value), logos, tools, and processes, is owned by or licensed to Sellique. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.
   You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
   
   

4. Acceptable Use
   You agree not to:Use the Services for illegal purposes or to promote harm.
   Submit content that is defamatory, infringing, or violates platform rules.
   Attempt to reverse-engineer our processes or tools.
   Engage in spamming or automated actions not authorized by us.
   
   

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Fees are as stated at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with notice.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method.
All payments are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Late payments may incur fees and may result in suspension of Services.

6. Disclaimers and Warranties
   The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, such as number of leads, engagement rates, or platform algorithm performance. Content distribution depends on third-party platforms, over which we have no control.

We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to lost business opportunities.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sellique’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription per the terms of your plan. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but licenses granted for already-published content remain.
